Party System
A party is a group of up to five characters. Its members share the experience of the monsters they kill together, can pick up each other's items and cannot hurt each other.
Making a party
- Click the character you want and choose Party in the Character Command menu.
- The other player accepts the invitation.
- The one who invited is the leader. Only the leader can invite more players.
- The difference between your levels can be 400 at most.
- No party can be made in Chaos Castle, Illusion Temple, Doppelganger, Imperial Guardian and the Duel Arena.
- Players of different Gens can be in the same party.
Invitations: /re
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/re on | You get invitations and requests. |
/re off | No one can invite you. |
/re auto | Invitations are accepted at once, without the window. |
/re auto <password> | At once, but only between players who set the same password. |
Party window
- The life of every member and the buffs on them.
- A flag marks the leader.
- The X by your own name leaves the party; the leader's X removes any member.
- When the leader leaves, the next member becomes the leader.
Experience
Only the members on the same map and within 10 steps of the killed monster share its experience; the rest get nothing and do not count. The experience is shared by level: a higher level takes a bigger part. The more members are near, the bigger the bonus:
| Members near | Bonus |
|---|---|
| 1 | 100% |
| 2 | 105% |
| 3 | 110% |
| 4 | 115% |
| 5 | 120% · Golden Party 170% |
Five members of five different classes near the monster get 170% instead of 120%.
Evolved classes count as their first class: a Blade Knight and a Blade Master are both Dark Knights.
Items and Zen
- An item from a monster belongs to the one who got it for 15 seconds, but the members of his party can pick it up at once (not quest items).
- Zen is not shared: it goes to the one who picks it up.
Disconnect
A character who leaves the game leaves the party too. If he logs in again within 5 minutes, he is back in the same party.
